Vendor Booth Space Information

All spaces are measured at 10' x 10'. This event is typically very crowded with little to no room for measuring mistakes, please make sure you register for an accurate amount of space for your booth. Canopies are side-by-side, please make sure if you have ONE space, your canopy does not exceed 10' x 10'. If you have a trailer, that is to be a part of your space, you must make sure you have registered for enough space to include the ENTIRE trailer. Booth spaces only come in increments of 10' x 10', we cannot sell half-spaces or provide extra room.

Electricity is very limited and there is an additional fee. The fee is per plug, not outlet. The purchase of electricity is on a first-come, first-served basis.
In efforts to get everyone into their booth space efficiently as possible, we need to know details about trailers, food trucks etc...

Interactive Attractions - $300 flat fee for the first attraction. Each additional attraction is $100.
Food Booth (10' x 20')
Food vendors - $350 includes a 10' x 20' space. Additional 10' x 10' booths available for $100.
Non-Profit Food (10' x 20')
All non-profits selling food. Must provide proof of 501 c3.
Non-Profit (10' x 10')
Does not include food sales. Must provide proof of 501 c-3.
